New Feature: AI Meeting Summaries for Virtual Board Meetings

The GetQuorum Virtual Board Meeting solution has enabled hundreds of our clients to run their board meetings virtually through the GetQuorum platform (powered by Zoom). However, we know that many of our clients have requested the ability to automatically generate meeting notes for their meetings, which are readily available to review through the GetQuorum Dashboard.

That’s why GetQuorum is excited to announce that clients will now be able to generate Meeting Summaries for their virtual Board Meetings using AI technology through the Zoom AI Companion. When enabled, the Zoom AI Companion will use speech-to-text data to generate a summary of the meeting, which can be accessed through the GetQuorum Dashboard.

How does it work?

GetQuorum clients will now be able to enable and access AI Meeting Summaries for their virtual board meetings via a few simple steps.

How do I enable AI Meeting Summaries?

Step 1: Start your Virtual Board Meeting

Step 2: Click on the AI Companion Icon located at the top right corner of your meeting screen to open the pop-up window.

Step 3: Once the pop-up window is open, click “Start AI Companion” to turn on AI Meeting Summaries.

Please note: The AI Meeting Summaries can only be enabled by the host of the meeting.

How do I access meeting summaries?

Step 1: Go to the “Overviews” tab in the GetQuorum Dashboard

Step 2: Click on the “Documents” tab

Step 3: Click on the “Private Documents” tab to download your summary report.
