Mirador 1000 is a 16-story, 460+ unit, luxury condominium located on Biscayne Bay in South Beach Miami. With stunning views of the bay, an awesome pool and deck, this community is the definition of South Beach living. As an older property, much of the site is in need of restoration. With a view to die for, this community wanted to proceed with a restoration project that would ensure their property would remain one of the most desirable in South Beach. Their estimated restoration project budget is easily in excess of 7 digits, 1000 Mirador needed approval from their owner community before the could proceed...
To reach the appropriate voting threshold, Mirador 1000 decided to work with GetQuorum as their electronic voting & meeting notice distribution platform. Using the GetQuorum platform, owners were notified of meeting electronically (and in print) and voted on a variety of items including exterior painting, design of elevator cabs, lobby glass replacement, modifications to improve lobby aesthetics, installation of access-control systems, carpet and paint colors, new pool deck design, an awning installation and more.

GetQuorum was instrumental in helping 1000 Mirador pass an important by-law amendment and several material alterations that were critical to the improvement of our condominium. Their easy-to-use software encouraged over 50% of our owners to vote online through a ballot before the meeting. Their Full Service approach meant they took care of everything, leaving our Property Manager to worry about other pressing matters.
