GetQuorum's 2021 Year in Review

2021 has been an exciting year here at GetQuorum, filled with new innovation, accomplishments and learning opportunities at seemingly every turn.

After pioneering the virtual governance meeting industry in March 2020, the demand for our solutions has quickly grown, having hosted meetings for over 1700 clients across North America to date.

To keep up with demand, our team has grown from roughly 30 to well over 50 in 12 short months, and we've worked tirelessly to release new technology and establish new partnerships to ensure we're providing our clients with the best possible service. To recap, here are some of our most notable accomplishments and exciting breakthroughs from 2021 that we'd like to share with you:

Continuous Innovation

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing our clients with the best possible service, our team is continuously adding additional features and making notable enhancements to our platforms to ensure we can accommodate our client's unique needs and provide a more robust, seamless experience. As a result, our team added multiple features and made numerous enhancements to our platform throughout 2021, including:

Enhanced Meeting Portal >

Voter Registration >

Paper Proxy Tool >

Subgroup Voting >

Two-Factor Authentication >

Exciting New Partnerships

As the governance meetings landscape continues to evolve, so do the needs of our growing client base. That's why our team is always eager to establish and foster partnerships, such as our one with Zoom, to ensure we're able to provide our clients with the resources and technology they need to execute their meetings seamlessly and ensure we can account for our client's unique needs.

On top of deepening our integration with the Zoom platform, our team also worked with other like-minded, innovative companies in the meeting space including, Ineventors and QuestAV, throughout the year. Leaders in their respective fields, partnering with Ineventors and QuestAV allows us to serve our clients in new, innovative ways, as showcased in our case study featuring MPI Toronto.

Entering New Markets

As the number of industries and jurisdictions embracing virtual meetings and electronic voting continues to grow, so does the demand for our solutions. As a result, in addition to a growing number of Condominium and HOA clients throughout markets like Ontario and Florida, we have also expanded into multiple jurisdictions, including Alberta, British Colombia, and North Carolina, to name a few!

We have also seen a notable increase in the number of clients outside of the Condominium and HOA space. With the number of associations, non-profits, public and private corporation clients growing each and every day.

All in all, 2021 was an exciting year for GetQuorum. We're grateful for another prosperous year and look forward to continuing to provide industry-leading service and innovative solutions to our growing client base to help them achieve their goals.

Sincerely,

Ben, JJ, Trevor, and the whole GetQuorum team
